Supporting dads and families doesn’t only happen in the therapy room.

Through workshops, guest articles, podcast conversations, and community collaborations, I’m working to create more spaces where dads can talk openly about fatherhood, relationships, mental health, and the transitions that come with building a family.

Explore upcoming events, recent features, and ways we can work together to bring these conversations to more parents.

Dads & Babies: Touch, Connection & Identity

Becoming a dad changes everything, including how you see yourself. Join Micah Shapiro, LCSW, and Héloise Stauff, CEIM, for a workshop designed for dads and their babies from birth to 12 months.

Héloise will guide dads through hands-on infant massage techniques to support bonding and connection, while Micah will lead a conversation around the transition into fatherhood, including identity, relationships, and the experiences you bring with you into parenting.

Come ready to connect with your baby, learn something new, and talk honestly about what it means to become a dad.
