Session fees are the same for individuals and couples and are charged automatically to your on-file credit card after each appointment. A limited number of sliding scale slots for established clients facing temporary financial hardship will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation policy:

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled through the client portal or by contacting me directly by phone, e-mail, or text. Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Clients who no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice will receive one courtesy "freebie." All subsequent missed appointments will be billed the entire session fee. Exceptions will be considered for true emergencies only. This is a standard policy across the private practice industry and is in no way meant to be punitive. I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

I also welcome out-of-pocket (OOP) and out-of-network (OON) clients. Clients who prefer to utilize OON benefits or pay OOP are responsible for the full session fee up front.

USING OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS:

OON clients will receive a superbill, a consolidated statement that contains all the information your insurance plan needs to process your claims, which you will submit along with the claim form.

If you plan to utilize your insurance for OON benefits and submit your own claims, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask:

If your plan covers mental health care
OON coverage for CPT codes 90791 and 90834
How many sessions are covered each year
Your OON deductible amount and whether it's been met
