Treatment Modalities
I practice an integrative therapy model that draws on several different modalities to provide each of my clients with a well-rounded therapeutic experience tailored to their specific needs. Here are some of the modalities that influence my approach:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): using side-to-side stimulation to aid your brain's natural healing process

Psychodynamic Therapy: exploring how your past experiences influence your current functioning

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): learning to sit with your uncomfortable thoughts and feelings while committing to pursue values-driven goals

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): challenging your irrational beliefs with logic to change how you behave in response to adversity

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR): slowing down, breathing, and allowing your stress to run its course

Movement: releasing tension stored in your muscles and joints to ease tension stored in your mind
