Trusting alliances between clients and therapists are essential for meaningful change. I've spent a decade building such alliances with individuals grappling with low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and a lack of direction, helping them find fulfilling paths in life.
As your therapist, I'll ensure that you feel safe and supported to explore any feelings you've been avoiding. When we work together, my goal is to help you unlock your potential and experience breakthrough moments. I'll dedicate each session to nurturing your ability to heal, grow, and thrive.
I previously worked for two large group practices before starting my private practice. I've also worked in hospitals, community mental health agencies, and long-term care facilities. When I'm not seeing clients, I'm usually walking my pup or cavorting about with my wife and two young sons.
